8:15: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi depart to Sapa by the new highway from Hanoi to Lao Cai. (05 hours drive)
- Follow the highway to Lao Cai City with the first comfortable break
- Second comfort break at Lao Cai city before approaching Sapa
- Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’Mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People.
- Enjoy lunch with local Vietnamese dishes.
14:30: A short walk to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home to Black Hmong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station, stop for a photo with a bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for a minibus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon.

We start the day trekking through the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho village, home to Black Hmong minorities. Weather permitting you will enjoy stunning views across the valley with mountains and rice terraces as far as the eye can see. Next on the route is a stop at Lao Chai, an established Hmong minority village that has been inhabited for centuries. Here you will have the opportunity to see the products of this minority at its best with hereditary rice terraces, homes, and a vibrant community. Continuing on to Ta Van Village you will visit the Giay minority people. They have mastered the art of fishing with bamboo sticks, and cooking the fish inside bamboo.
Nowadays however you are more likely to see the Giay working in fields planting or harvesting rice.
Transport will be waiting in Ta Van to take you back to Sapa.
Night in Sapa.
Meet your guide and driver for a leisure trip. The uphill drive offers the most spectacular scenery of Fansipan Mount. Just a kilometer out of the town, rose flower farms and later chayote grows on bamboo frames covered a vast area.
We’ll stop at the magnificent Silver Waterfall before continuing the road trip for some kilometers further to Heaven Gate and O Quy Ho Pass. At 2035 m above sea level, the Heaven Gate & O Quy Ho Pass is the highest mountain pass in Vietnam.
It is the best point here to enjoy breathtaking scenery of the two sides of Fansipan Mountain Range. Amazingly, the weather is very different on one side: On many days It is foggy and cloudy on SaPa side and sunny brightly on the other side.
Then transfer to Fansipan Cable Station for an amazing trip to reach the Indochina Roof, 3143m above the sea level: Starting by cable car and step up to the Peak, enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful landscapes from the high.
Then transfer back to Lao Cai city for the night train back to Hanoi.
Night on the train. Soft Sleeper, the cabin of 04 people/ cabin.
In the morning, pick up at the train station and transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi. End of services.
